"While travelling with my riding partner of 25 seasons and my 11 year old son we blew a rear drive seal and bearing on my K12LT. It was the Monday afternoon after the MOA rally. The dealership was closed but we towed our bike to the dealer, left it overnight and met Pat in parts at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. By 9:30 Eric the service manager had it on the stand and diagnosed. The parts were ordered and we were told that Eric would take care of it as soon as the parts arrived the next day. By 3:00 p.m. Wednesday I had the bike back and we were on our way. Only 48 hours from the first sign of trouble until we were back on the road continuing our vacation and trip to the BMW RA rally. Thanks to Pat, Eric, Devildog Jason and good old Ed. "I purchased a 2007 Moto Guzzi Griso 1100 on 7/8/08. At the time I'm completing this survey (8/2/08), I have since returned for my 600-mile service check, so I'll provide feedback for both: I am 100% SATISFIED with every aspect of the initial sale and the service for my new bike.
I have only praise and admiration for the entire Destination Motorcycles crew. The staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional ... and they treat you like family right from the start. Before I made my purchase, I took seven test rides on five different bikes (two repeats after I narrowed it down), and the salesman (Ed) was patient and accommodating. When I walk into the shop, someone calls me by name to say "hi" ... I don't get that kind of treatment very often, and it's rare in today's society.....THANKS!!!
Also, the Moto Guzzi Griso is simply AWESOME! I love every minute I'm on it...I couldn't be happier with this bike!"

Staff was exceptionally helpful in explaining technology, uniqueness, etc. I'm in love with the MP3, and wouldn't hesitate to return for service or accessories. "Today I called from Louisiana to inquire about a bike listed on CycleTrader. It turned out the bike (Moto Guzzi) had been sold but I had an excellent and informative discussion w/Tony regarding Italian bikes in general and Moto Guzzi and Ducati in particular. He was kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent representative for the dealership. "Having visited and/or spoken with several dealerships in the last year, this one really stands above the rest. Destination Motorcycles makes buying a new motorcycle, buying gear, and getting service a blast. Destination stocks some beautiful cycles not to mention of the highest quality and performance in BMW, Ducati, Triumph, and Motguzzi. What makes it more than just eye candy is the incredible staff. Each of the staff from owner to manager to salesman to service to parts guy was kind, enthusiastic and knowledgable. They took the time to get to know me and what I was interested in first, then advised me with experience and knowledge of their product and riding in general. Spending time in the dealership gives a sense that this dealership is more than just selling motorcycles and gear, but sharing their excitement for motorcycling. What's impressive as well is the comfortable and welcome feeling you get when you walk into the place. They really come across as wanting to help the rider get the most out of riding whether it's tuning up, gearing up, trading in, or buying a new bike. Of all the dealerships I've visited, this will be the first one I visit. They make the experience of riding even more enjoyable offering support and knowledge to all from cruiser to sport rider as I've been told by other riders. I strongly recommend dropping in and spending some time with them to experience a professional and knowledgeable motorcycle dealership. "I JUST BOUGHT THE 2006 DUCATI SPORT 1000 SPORT CLASSIC AND IT IS A THRILL TO RIDE. THIS IS THE FIRST STREET BIKE THAT I HAVE EVER OWNED, AND BOY WHAT A BIKE!
